The rules, in plain words.

Main Bhi Founder (“MBF”, “we”) runs this website, the MBF platform and MBF events. We will name the operating company on this page once it is final; until then, the contact below reaches the team that runs everything.

Everything here starts with an invitation. Asking for one is free. We decide who joins, and selection is never for sale — not for founders, not for creators, not for anyone.

When you ask for an invite or make an account, give your real name and real details. One account per person. You must be 18 or older. Artists under 18 can upload with a parent or guardian's consent, as the artist guidelines explain.

Event entry is by invitation or ticket, and venue rules apply on the day. Events are filmed; our privacy note says how filming consent works. Dates and line-ups can change — if they do, the refunds page applies.

Credits are a contractual right to a share of realised proceeds on stakes held by MBF — they are not shares, and nothing on this site is an offer of securities. Credits settle only when a stake is actually sold, cannot be cashed on demand, and cannot be sold or transferred. Every credit deal is on our written contract.

Clips, photos and words you submit stay yours. You give MBF permission to show them on our website, app, pages and at events, with credit. Send only what you made or have the right to send.

Don’t scrape the site, copy other people’s details from it, or use it to spam or mislead anyone.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided as-is. We are not responsible for losses from using the site beyond what the law requires.

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page, with meaningful changes noted here. These terms follow the laws of India.
